Canaya are a new-ish Leeds band, made up of ex and current members of Tangaroa, Imposters, Dragged Into Sunlight, Hot Prophecy, Executive Distraction Tasks, Year Of The Man and more... Get involved if you're into Coalesce, Nostromo, Knut, Burnt By The Sun and the like. Go see them when they play near you.

Gig:- 'Lucifer Rising' - Leeds - August 19th

Lucifer Rising is a new-ish night in Leeds, at the Nation Of Shopkeepers venue. It's usually free entry, or cheap if there's bigger bands on. They've done two so far, I went to the first one, which had Magpyes, Khunnt and The Afternoon Gentlemen on, and played all manner of grimnity and grooves in between and afterwards. I'll more than likely be off to the one above as well, quality line up. Get listening to the bands you lazy sods! ;-)
